There are other things to keep in mind other than just eating healthy or staying hydrated. So here are other precautions like protecting your skin from the sun or having a good sleep. Be at your personal best when on a vacation. You tend to get in contact with a lot of germs, so keeping hand sanitizers are very important.
§ PROTECT YOUR SKIN- Make sure you applied sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15 before going outdoors to protect your skin. If you are in a place famous for its mosquito-borne diseases, then make sure you apply insect repellent to prevent mosquitos. You surely don’t want to be ill when you return to your home after traveling.

§ SLEEP! SLEEP! SLEEP!- To be in the best condition of yourself always complete your sleep while on vacation, It will keep you fresh and excited. You don’t want to be vibe killer yawning and taking a little nap whenever you get a chance. Now you will ask how much is enough? Listen to your body. I tend to have a good few hours of sleep after an outing.

§ USE WETNAPS AND HAND SANITIZER- This comes in handy when water and soap aren’t available, which can happen quite frequently when traveling. You’ve been walking all day and coming into contact with people, things, doors, etc. and the last thing you want to do is eat with dirty hands. Prevent the spread of germs and bacteria by cleaning your hands, especially before and/or after a meal.

These are the precautions I have been following for a quite long time. These are very important thing to follow for all the fellow travellers. For a person like me who has sensitive skin following your skin regime is not an easy task. Do make a little schedule for it, so you don’t miss out on it. You touch many doors, menus and what not so always remember to keep a sanitizer with you and use wet naps to keep your face clean.
